Maintenance Person

McDonald's is seeking a dependable Maintenance Person to help keep our restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly. This role is responsible for general facility upkeep, basic equipment care, and supporting a great guest experience by maintaining a clean and well-functioning environment.

Requirements

Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, restrooms, kitchen, and exterior areas (including parking lot, roof, and dumpster area)

Perform routine tasks such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and deep cleaning.

Complete basic building and grounds upkeep (light repairs, changing bulbs/filters, minor touch ups)

Assist with equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance per company procedures and standards

Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management

Follow food safety, sanitation, and safety guidelines at all times

Support opening/closing and special cleaning projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Comfortable performing physical work (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds

Ability to follow checklists, safety rules, and cleaning procedures

Basic mechanical/handyman skills preferred (training provided)

Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
