Survey Lead

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in surveying, geomatics or civil engineering. Multi-disciplined field engineering survey experience with earthwork, excavation, concrete, structural steel, mechanical and piping installation layout and verification. Knowledge of engineering and construction methods and processes customarily acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience. Demonstrated proficiency with Survey CAD software and drafting of as‑staked/as‑built data. Ability to manage survey control systems across large sites and integrate survey data into design and construction models. Responsibilities Establish and maintain project control (horizontal & vertical) and conduct as‑built verification surveys. Perform QA/QC checks on all survey data and provide project completion documentation including "As‑Built" records. Support high‑precision installation of equipment and systems and ensure accurate layout of construction work. Record field data according to job specifications and appropriate survey methods. Oversee development and management of survey data, administer the survey work request program, and supervise preparation of survey CAD drawings, including generation of DTMs and volume computations. Perform and/or check survey computations as required. Work in a team‑based environment and formulate working relationships with survey team members, other departments, contractors and engineers. Supervise and administer subcontractor workforce; provide technical direction and verify survey crews' control points and work. Direct implementation of project safety, quality and environmental programs. Provide construction survey support to both field engineering and field construction teams. Establish, verify and maintain the project's survey control network ensuring accuracy meets strict pharma standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr Fluor Corporation
