Patient Service Representative

The Patient Service Representative is responsible for the patient check-in process, updating computer patient personal information and insurance information, handling a multi-line phone system, medical records filing and maintenance, and collection of co-pays and cash payments. Schedule: This is a full-time 40 hours per week position with a variable schedule. Start and end times may vary from day to day based on business needs, with shifts occurring between 6:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Flexibility in both start and end times is required. Applicants must be able to accommodate a variable schedule and should apply only if they are available to work varying hours within this timeframe.
