This is a repost. Previous applicants are currently under review and do not need to reapply. We are currently recruiting for an Inventory Associate I at Central Regional Hospital (CRH). The primary purpose of this position is to manage the purchase of stock items for the Plant Operations Department. Responsibilities include but not limited to, identifying, planning and organizing all stock materials for the Plant Operations Department. Ordering shop stock items in E-Procurement. checking in freight from various carriers. Receiving and issuing stock to different shops in the Plant Operations Department and record keeping.

Salary Range: $31,200.00 - $48,810.00

Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement. The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)/ Management Preferences are not required. Applicants who possess the following skills are preferred:

• Proficiency using E-Procurement and NCAS.
• Ability to record, compile, summarize and perform basic analysis of numerical materials.
• Ability to use judgment in coordinating and monitoring office procedures and workflow.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

This Position Is Designated As Mandatory And Must Report Or Stay Over During Adverse Weather Events.

This is a full-time position and eligible for the full State benefits package. The normal working hours for this position are Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. however, flexibility is required to meet hospital needs
