Recruiter Talent Sourcer

To support a growing team, the part-time hourly Recruiter Talent Sourcer will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, while working remotely from Raleigh, NC. Key responsibilities: Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience Manage job requisitions and maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Communicate regularly with candidates and hiring managers regarding hiring status and onboarding progress Required qualifications: High school diploma and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience Basic knowledge of human resource processes and best practices Intermediate or above level computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft applications Ability to work independently with limited supervision Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
