RN Registered Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse in a long-term and post-acute care setting. Responsibilities Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team to address residents’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Mentor and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery. Engage families and promote open communication. Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives and uphold clinical standards. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure. Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
