ABA Behavior Assistant - Flexible Hours & Growth Path

Role Overview This position involves working as a Behavior Assistant or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies. Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting and recording client progress data, and collaborating with families and clinical teams to ensure success. The role offers opportunities for career growth, including training to become an RBT and pathways toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Qualifications & Skills A high school diploma is required; a background in Psychology, Education, or related fields is a plus. Candidates must have reliable transportation, be willing to travel locally, and be capable of actively engaging clients, including sitting on the floor, transitioning between sitting and standing, and lifting up to 50lbs. Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is advantageous. Key Duties Work 1:1 with children, implement treatment plans, track progress, communicate with families and teams, and participate in supervision and training sessions.
