Junior Multifamily Investment Sales Broker, Atlanta, GA GREA is a boutique commercial real estate firm specializing in multifamily investment sales, combining deep local market knowledge with a national platform. We advise apartment owners, private investors, and institutional clients on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets - from small infill properties to larger garden and mid-rise communities. We deliver the personalized attention of a small shop with the reach and resources of a national presence. As we grow, we’re looking for a driven junior broker ready to build a career in multifamily brokerage under the mentorship of experienced dealmakers. The Role As a Junior Multifamily Investment Sales Broker, you will support and gradually lead sales assignments while developing your own book of apartment owner relationships. You will learn the full deal lifecycle - from prospecting and underwriting to negotiation and closing - with hands-on guidance from senior brokers. This is a growth position for someone who wants to eventually run their own multifamily transactions, not a back-office support role. You will need to obtain a real estate license and have a strong willingness to make phone calls. Responsibilities Prospect and build relationships with apartment owners and multifamily investors in the local market Assist senior brokers with listing and sale assignments, including market research, rent comparables, and property tours Underwrite multifamily deals - build financial models Prepare offering memoranda, broker opinions of value, and sales comparable analyses Track sales comps, cap rate trends, and new supply across your submarkets Support negotiations and shepherd transactions through due diligence and closingMaintain accurate pipeline and CRM records Represent the firm professionally at industry events and in the local multifamily community Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field Active real estate salesperson license preferred (or willingness to obtain within 30 days) Sales experience required - you know how to prospect, build rapport, and close Strong analytical and financial skills; comfortable underwriting in Excel (rent rolls, T-12s, pro formas) Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and coachable, with a genuine interest in multifamily investment Strong work ethic Comfortable with making phone calls What We Offer Direct mentorship from experienced multifamily brokers A clear path to running your own transactions and building a book of business The agility of a boutique firm with the credibility of a national platform Tools, subscriptions, and a full support team with an established brand #J-18808-Ljbffr
