Financial Services Associate - Hybrid

We are staffing a client-facing hybrid role with a nationally recognized financial services firm in Charlotte, NC. You will be the voice clients count on — answering inbound calls, resolving account questions, and making sure every person who reaches out feels heard and taken care of. What we are looking for: • A genuine passion for helping people — we do not care if that came from a call center, a hotel front desk, a classroom, a retail floor, or a hospital ward. If you know how to connect with people and make them feel valued, you have the core skill we need • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable managing multiple computer screens and programs at once • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to stay calm under pressure • High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is always a plus Pay and schedule: • $23/hour • Training: Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm local, hybrid (remote Mon/Fri, in-office Tue–Thu). 100% attendance required during training • Post-training: Remote, Monday–Friday, 9:30am–6:00pm local • Overtime available during peak tax season To apply: Email your resume to View email address on randstadusa.com with the word VESTED in the subject line.
