CT Technologist Opportunity

The Staff Pad has partnered with Modoc Medical Center, a rural critical access hospital in northeastern California, to hire a CT Technologist. This role is ideal for a skilled imaging professional who is passionate about patient care, safety, and high-quality diagnostics. You'll work closely with patients and a collaborative healthcare team in a supportive, community-focused environment.

What You'll Do:

• Perform CT imaging procedures following established safety protocols
• Ensure patient safety by minimizing risks such as radiation exposure and other hazards
• Prepare and educate patients prior to imaging procedures
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain accurate quality assurance records in compliance with regulations
• Communicate effectively with physicians and care teams regarding patient needs

What We're Looking For:

• Valid CT Technologist certification and applicable state licensure
• Strong understanding of radiation safety and patient care protocols
• Ability to assess patient needs and communicate effectively with providers
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and quality care
