Senior Counsel, Global Payments & Digital Assets

Bank of America is seeking a legal counsel for its Global Payments Solutions (GPS) unit. The role provides risk-based legal advice on payments, merchant services, and treasury products to enable business growth while ensuring regulatory compliance. You will guide outside counsel, collaborate with compliance and risk teams, and support innovative payments initiatives including digital assets and blockchain concepts.
