Project Manager – Stark Tech – Brick Township, NJ Stark Tech is actively looking for a Project Manager in Brick Township, NJ. Responsibilities Manage key project elements such as scope, cost, schedule, and staffing. Coordinate with external vendors and oversee contractual commitments. Thoroughly review technical documents and respond to project inquiries. Closely monitor costs and progress, ensuring efficient use of all project resources. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to establish project scope and objectives. Qualifications 7-10 years’ project management experience in building automation or HVAC systems and energy management initiatives. Associate degree. Demonstrated knowledge of the construction or HVAC industry. Strong computer skills. Must be authorized to work in the US. Ability to travel extensively and possess a valid driver’s license. Government badge may be required for most sites; must be prepared to pass an extensive background check. Additional Skills Preferred (Not Required) Bachelor’s degree preferred.
