Litigation Paralegal

Job Description

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing litigation team. This position is ideal for a seasoned paralegal with strong commercial litigation and/or real estate litigation experience who enjoys working on complex matters from inception through trial.

Position Details:

• Salary: $80,000-$100,000
• Direct Hire Opportunity
• Hybrid work schedule

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing cases through all phases of litigation.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Reviewing and responding to subpoenas and document requests.
• Organizing, reviewing, and producing large volumes of documents.
• Assisting with depositions, trial preparation, witness coordination, and exhibit management.
• Conducting legal and factual research.
• Supporting attorneys in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred.
• Commercial litigation and/or real estate litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and discovery processes.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology platforms.
