You will collaborate closely with Technology Development and Equipment Development teams in Boise and Hiroshima, as well as suppliers and consortium partners, while safeguarding Micron’s intellectual property. The work is highly visible, technically deep, and crucial to future device scaling.Responsibilities:Own High NA EUV scanner performance including availability, reliability, efficiency, and matchingLead equipment lifecycle activities such as installation, PM strategy, upgrades, fixing issues, and documentationDrive monitoring and improvement of imaging stability, overlay, focus, defectivity, and source performancePartner with vendors, NYCreates, facilities, and PAC teams on equipment, safety, and infrastructure requirementsAct as technical authority for advanced numerical aperture EUV, offering mentorship, training, and recommendations to engineers and leadershipMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field or equivalent practical experience5+ years of experience supporting sophisticated semiconductor manufacturing equipmentHands-on experience with lithography equipment, performance monitoring, and excursion managementStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to lead complex technical investigationsExperience collaborating multi-functionally with vendors, facilities, and process teamsPreferred Qualifications:Master’s degree or PhD in engineering or a related fieldDirect experience with EUV or High NA EUV scanners and related subsystemsExperience in technology development or R&D fab environmentsDemonstrated technical leadership and mentoring of engineers or techniciansExperience working in consortium or multi-company environmentsThe US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:$108,000.00 - $183,000.00 a yearAdditional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
