Organization Description Hope Christian Church is committed to loving God and loving people to Jesus for life. Our desire is to see every life filled with the hope of Jesus Christ! Hope is a dynamic community of believers in the extended rural suburbs of St. Louis. We are located in a thriving community about 20 minutes from the St. Louis arch. Position Description Our Student Pastor will play a vital role in supporting the mission of Hope Christian Church by casting vision, leading and equipping ministry leaders, stewarding resources with excellence, and helping create environments where people can encounter Jesus, grow in community, and live out their faith. This role is a calling to serve others, build up the body of Christ, and contribute to life transformation in our church and community. Qualifications A committed and growing relationship with Jesus Christ Alignment with Hope Christian Church’s beliefs and mission Demonstrated humility and servant leadership. Confident yet humble presence on the stage, with an ability to engage the heart of the students. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Set a clear and compelling vision for Hope Students and champion Student Ministry. Mentor others with wisdom and grace High-level relational abilities Must be teachable, responsible, and respectful Integrity is paramount. Life must reflect the standards set for elders and deacons in Pastoral Epistles.
