Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Content Strategist Location: USA Remote Duration: Long Term Only on W2 Please share the resume at Role Overview We are seeking a Digital Strategist with strong Content Strategy expertise to join our Digital Performance Strategy team. The role will partner with B2B and B2C clients to define content, personalization, UX, and digital experience strategies across the Adobe ecosystem, particularly AEM . The ideal candidate combines strategic consulting, content operations, UX collaboration, personalization, and AEM expertise , with the ability to engage senior executives while also working hands-on with content models, tagging, migration, governance, and production processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Define content strategy, governance, operating models, and roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Develop strategies for content marketing, content lifecycle, channel strategy, syndication, personalization, and content operations .
• Partner with UX and technical teams to improve digital experiences and customer journeys .
• Define content models, componentization, tagging, migration, and content production workflows .
• Develop AEM-focused content and experience strategies in collaboration with technical teams.
• Assess current content capabilities and recommend improvements for content velocity, scalability, and personalization .
• Translate client research and findings into executive-level presentations, strategic recommendations, and actionable roadmaps .
• Work directly with senior stakeholders and demonstrate strong consulting, communication, and executive presence .
• Act as a content strategy thought leader across cross-functional teams.

• 6+ years of experience in Content Strategy / Digital Strategy / Content Production .
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) .
• Expertise in Content Management Systems (CMS) , content workflows, and governance.
• Strong understanding of content personalization and digital experience strategy .
• Experience with content modeling, componentization, tagging, taxonomy, and migration strategy .
• Knowledge of content operations, production processes, syndication, and content lifecycle management .
• Strong understanding of UX, customer journeys, and digital experience optimization .
• Experience working with Adobe Marketing Cloud / Adobe Experience Cloud is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable UX/design tools .
• Excellent client-facing, consulting, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills .
• Strong executive communication and influencing skills .
• Ability to work effectively with AEM developers, UX teams, architects, marketers, and business stakeholders .
• Proven ability to operate in cross-functional, client-facing consulting environments .
