Overview: Tech Project Manager Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ . Need atleast 2-3 days / week in office 12+ years experience as PM/Scrum master Responsibilities: 1. Leads the software development planning and delivery process 2. Provides servant leadership and building multiple high-performing Agile scrum teams 3. Bring transparency to Business, Product and Technology organization about development and grow trust 4. Leverages tools (e.g. Jira and Confluence) to elicit and define business and technical requirements, track requirements, prioritize features, curate content, sequence deliverables into sprints, and report progress 5. Good problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to coach and mentor all roles on a development scrum team Skills: PM/Scrum master,jira
