Strategic Sourcing Contractor

DescriptionKforce has a client in need of a Strategic Sourcing Contractor in Jersey City, NJ.Responsibilities:* Lead sourcing and vendor management activities across technology-related categories* Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement processes* Support RFP/RFQ events, vendor evaluations, and contract execution* Monitor renewals and identify cost savings and efficiency opportunities* Analyze spend and supplier data to support sourcing decisions* Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend solutions* Coordinate supplier onboarding and ongoing vendor performance reviews* Track sourcing initiatives and communicate status updates to stakeholders* Support category strategy development and risk management effortsRequirements* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred* 6+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or category management* Experience managing sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and contract administration* Knowledge of technology products, services, and supplier markets* Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently* Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities* Comfortable working in evolving, fast-paced environmentsJob TypeContractCompensation53 - $60
