Outside Sales Representative - Payment Solutions Compensation: Base Salary $40,000, residual income, monthly/quarterly bonuses, Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE) $100,000+. Job Summary Responsible for prospecting, presenting integrated payment solutions to business owners and ISV partners, and closing deals within a fast sales cycle. Reports to a District Manager and receives coaching throughout the process. Job Duties Your role as an ISV Relationship Manager includes: Setting appointments with business owners based on ISV Partner leads. Conducting scheduled appointments, uncovering needs, and presenting compatible integrated payment solutions for small to mid‑size businesses. Managing the full sales process and maintaining regular communication with the ISV District Sales Manager. Using Salesforce and Atlas for lead generation, sales presentations, on‑spot client financial analysis, and paperless contract processing. Continuously building knowledge of product portfolio and ISV partner developments. Attending weekly team meetings and one‑on‑one sessions with leaders. Additional Responsibilities Convert leads from ISV partners and self‑source payment opportunities into sales. Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce and Atlas. Achieve minimum production requirements, including first‑time appointments to secure a win. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Minimum Qualifications 18 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to client sites. Live in the area relative to the job posting location. Available for field work a minimum of 75% of the time. Desired Skills & Capabilities Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and partner management skills. Works well independently and as part of a team; coachable. Incentive‑driven sales “hunter” and “closer.” Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity. High sense of urgency and innate sales talent. Enjoys cold‑calling and face‑to‑face conversations. Knowledge of Automotive, Medical, and Specialty Retail industries is a plus. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Prior B2B sales experience. Experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Drive, resilience, respect, and commitment.
