Director of Rehab

Full-Time | Skilled Nursing | Leadership Opportunity

We are hiring a Director of Rehab to oversee clinical operations, compliance, and team performance within a skilled nursing facility. This role is ideal for a motivated clinician with leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.

The ideal candidate is a PTA or COTA, but we will consider PT, OT, SLP's

What You'll Do

• Lead daily therapy operations, clinical programming, and financial performance
• Ensure staffing coverage and supervise team performance
• Oversee compliance, audits, documentation accuracy, and month-end processes
• Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development
• Participate in facility meetings (UR, QA, Rehab, Falls)
• Manage departmental resources and reporting
• Maintain high standards of patient care and professional excellence

Qualifications

• Licensed PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP (required)
• Prior rehab or therapy management experience preferred
• Skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and accountable
