Front Desk & Client Relations at Atelier Couture / Helena Magdalena Job Description About the Role We are looking for a front desk team member to join our studio in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The role is shared between Atelier Couture, a premium tailoring and alterations studio, and Helena Magdalena, a fashion brand operating within the same space. This is a client-facing position requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a calm, organized manner. Responsibilities Open and close the studio Greet clients and manage in-person interactions Handle client communications (phone, email, in-person) Manage alteration orders and ensure deadlines are met Maintain a clean, organized studio environment Support sales for Helena Magdalena (bonus on sales) What We're Looking For Professional, warm, and composed in client-facing situations Organized and reliable with strong follow-through Comfortable in a fashion or retail environmentInterest in tailoring, fashion, or luxury services a plus Details Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn Rate: $25-$30/hour Part-time or full-time available Start date: Immediate Work Location: In person Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Professional development assistance #J-18808-Ljbffr Atelier Couture
