Investment Management Analyst (Legal)

A leading global investment management firm is seeking an Investment Management Legal Analyst to join its Legal & Compliance team in New York. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys, investor relations, communications, business development, and investment professionals on a broad range of legal, compliance, and product-related initiatives. The position provides significant exposure to investor-facing activities and investment product development within a highly collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Review marketing materials, investor questionnaires, and other investor-facing communications Support compliance with marketing, disclosure, and regulatory requirements Partner with investment, investor relations, and business development teams to support the development and maintenance of investment products Assist with the legal and compliance aspects of product structuring and distribution initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus 4+ years of relevant experience with a strong record of academic and professional achievement Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Interest in both the commercial and legal aspects of investment management Experience with investor-facing materials, asset management, compliance, or paralegal work is preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr Simmons & Hanbury
