Maintenance Mechanic

Maintenance MechanicWe are seeking a 1st Shift Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on a variety of production equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, belts, motors, sensors, and photo eyes.Maintain and service labeling machines, shrink tunnels, fillers, cappers, and blow molding equipment.Assist with troubleshooting and maintaining Yaskawa and Kawasaki robotic systems.Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections to minimize downtime.Work closely with production teams to resolve mechanical issues quickly and safely.Additional Skills & Qualifications:1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and repair experience.Willingness to work overtime as needed.Why Work Here?All tools are provided by the company. The Maintenance Mechanic will work on 1st shift alongside a skilled team of 8 maintenance technicians supporting automated production equipment and robotics. The company provides all necessary tools and equipment required to perform the job. The facility includes a combination of climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled areas.Job Type & Location:This is a Permanent position based out of Indianapolis, IN.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
