Our mission is to provide exceptional quality care to our patients while supporting the professional development and physical and mental well-being of our team. Our patient caseload includes: headache/migraine, orthopedic, neurologic, chronic pain, pelvic health, peri-partum, tactical sports, autoimmune (EDS, PCOS, POTS, etc.) multiple traumas and visuo-vestibular across the lifespan from infant to geriatric. We treat it all, but believe strongly in mentorship and a collaborative treatment approach to ensure our patients are successful and our clinicians feel fulfilled. What Makes Us Unique: 40-minute appointment slots, one-on-one with physical therapist, 11 patients most in an 8-hour day, NEVER 2 patients at once! Flexible schedule options for full-time applicants (clinic hours are M-Th 8am-6:30pm, Fr 8am-5pm, no weekends) Established wellness program for more team sport-specific training, as well as private training for patients who need more guided instruction to enter into fitness, such as those with autoimmune conditions or other physical limitations Opportunities for new program development or expansion of current programs with increased financial compensation/profit sharing in addition to base salary Marketing opportunities for demographics/specialties where you have a passion. We will help you create your ideal caseload Mentorship by Fellows and Board-Certified Clinical Specialists in Orthopedics and Neurology (2 paid coaching sessions per quarter & monthly paid educational opportunities) All our physical therapists are Advanced Dry Needle Training certified & we will train and certify you, if desired ($5000.00 value over 3 courses) Physical Therapist autonomy no shady billing practices and unnecessary modality application Administrative and billing support all provided in-house mentorship in billing and insurance management available Collaboration with an extensive network of other healthcare professions to provide multi-faceted individualized care across the state Generous Benefit Package Available: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Simple IRA with employer match APTA national and state dues paid 104 hours of PTO annually, with 40 hours increase every two years 6 paid holidays per year $2000.00 continuing education allowance annually Core affiliate for Regis Universitys Orthopedic Residency program (RUROPT), discounted admission. Requirements: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, licensure or eligible for licensure as a PT in Colorado Qualifications: Ability to manage a full-time caseload including evaluation and treatment Works as a team player within the clinical team as well as the admin team Able to effectively collaborate with other clinicians for optimal patient care Willingness to be mentored and expand skill sets for multiple types of conditions Be a self-starter and able to follow through on commitments Lifelong learner, seeker of improvement in professional skills
