Senior Treasury Manager

We're partnering with a fast-growing, consumer-focused brand that's scaling rapidly and investing heavily in its finance organization. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a highly visible Senior Treasury Manager role where you'll help shape treasury strategy, optimize liquidity, and support continued growth across the organization. Responsibilities Lead cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital management Oversee banking relationships, credit facilities, and cash concentration structures Manage debt compliance, covenant reporting, and lender communications Partner on FX exposure, risk management, and hedging strategies as applicable Enhance treasury policies, controls, and systems to support a scaling organization Requirements 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, finance, or related roles Strong experience in cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships Background in a high-growth, multi-entity, or consumer-focused environment highly preferred Solid understanding of debt structures, covenant compliance, and treasury controls Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CTP a plus) #J-18808-Ljbffr Vaco by Highspring
