Line Maintenance Technician

Line Maintenance: Hands On, Farm Hand, Mechanically Inclined Work - $25/hr, All Shifts!

As a Line Maintenance Technician, you will be the first line of maintenance, responsible for troubleshooting machinery and equipment on the floor. You will perform basic maintenance tasks, complete small repairs, and make necessary adjustments to machinery. You will also be involved in testing equipment, checking sensors, and conducting quality checks after changeovers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot machinery and equipment on the floor.

• Perform basic maintenance and small repairs on machines.

• Make necessary adjustments to machinery.

• Test equipment and check sensors.

• Conduct tooling repairs and complete tooling fixtures.

• Perform daily changeovers on machinery and ensure proper functioning post-changeover.

• Conduct quality checks on initial parts post-changeover.

• Communicate effectively with various departments including maintenance, production, engineering, and quality.

• Use hand tools for wrenching and mechanical repairs.

• Read blueprints as required.

• Document and write daily reports using a computer.

• Be open to a variety of tasks as needed, including repairing dies and assembling racking.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bluffton, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.70 - $24.30/hr.
