Unit Secretary - Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital
Full Time Days
36 hours per week / 7am -7:30pm

Role Overview : As a Unit Secretary, you'll be the backbone of clerical and reception duties for your assigned unit, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment. You'll support healthcare professionals, patients, and visitors, playing a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and excellence of our unit. Your work directly contributes to the seamless delivery of patient care and the overall success of our team.

- Manage all clerical and reception duties for your assigned unit.
- Ensure a welcoming and organized environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
- Support healthcare professionals by maintaining efficient unit operations.
- Uphold the Henry Ford Health Systems Team Member Standards of Excellence in all interactions.
Qualifications
What You Will Need
- Required Qualifications :
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- One year of experience in a healthcare setting such as a medical office, hospital, or laboratory.
- Preferred Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a unit secretary.
