About the Role The Recruiting Manager will play a crucial role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy and ensuring we attract top talent to our organization. Responsibilities Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet the company's hiring needs. Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements. Utilize various sourcing methods to attract candidates. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications. Maintain relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience. Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Required Skills Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Mandarin Chinese speaking is preferred. Preferred Skills Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Pay Range and Compensation The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
