About the Position Automotive Store Managers are responsible for the management of a retail store location and ensuring maximum profitability by driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, managing personnel and controlling operating costs. In addition, they implement and manage sales programs, direct technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and safe completion of high‑quality vehicle repair and maintenance, and communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide requested or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance information, and ensure complete customer satisfaction. What we're looking for At least 3 years of retail store management experience, or a relevant combination of education, training, and experience. Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
