What We Offer Average annual compensation of $100,000 - $150,000 Health insurance- Company contributes a portion to cost Dental, Vision, Assurity, and LifeLock insurance options available Paid Life Insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid Time Off Family owned and operated Positive work environment What You’ll Do Lead and develop the dealership's sales team through hands-on coaching and ongoing training Work alongside sales consultants to improve sales techniques, overcome objections, and close deals Oversee daily showroom operations and help maintain an organized, productive sales environment Work directly with customers when needed to identify their needs, answer questions, and assist with the purchase process Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop new and experienced sales personnel Establish sales goals and hold team members accountable for individual and department performance Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews Provide ongoing guidance and mentorship to both new hires and experienced sales professionals Monitor key sales metrics and use performance data to identify opportunities for improvement Work with management to develop advertising initiatives, promotions, and dealership events Oversee CRM processes to ensure leads are properly managed and customer follow-up is completed promptly Establish effective vehicle delivery procedures, including introducing customers to the Service Department and helping schedule their first service visit Develop and monitor monthly and annual forecasts for sales volume, gross profit, and department expenses Participate in dealership and management meetings as needed Qualifications Several years of automotive sales and sales management experience Demonstrated success in automotive sales and deal-closing Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to analyze performance results and take appropriate action High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug screening
