Brustolon Buick - GMC is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Mystic, Connecticut. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Set sales targets and motivate the team to meet them
  • Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to the management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

  • Train and onboard new sales team members

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a sales management role
