Operations Manager Trainee: Lead a Growing Dental Office

PDS Health is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee in the United States. You will embark on the OM Development Program to independently run a PDS dental office within 4–6 months, with structured curriculum, on-the-job practice, and regular development meetings. Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, financial oversight, and driving revenue while maintaining expenses and compliance.
