Position Overview


NurseAmerica is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to support our partner facilities in McLean, VA. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and improving the lives of patients and residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
  • Support medication reminders or administration (if qualified)
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
  • Observe and report changes in patient condition
  • Follow care plans and safety protocols
Qualifications


Candidates with any of the following backgrounds are encouraged to apply:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Certified Medication Aide (CMA)
  • Registered Medication Aide (RMA)
  • Personal Care Aide (PCA)
  • Home Health Aide (HHA)
  • Direct Care Aide (DCA)
  • Direct Care Staff (DCS)
  • Nursing Student
  • Homemaker (with relevant training in personal care and household support)
• CPR certification preferred

Skills & Requirements
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior caregiving experience preferred
