**Job Title: Record Center Specialist/Fork Lift Operator** **Location:** SeaTac, WA 98198 **Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm **Pay Rate:** $20/hour **Position Type:** Temp to Hire **About the Role:** Access is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fork Lift Operator / Record Center Specialist to join our team at our SeaTac, WA location. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and processing our clients' physical records, ensuring order accuracy, and upholding safety standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity for long-term employment with potential for hire. **Key Responsibilities:** + Process and fulfill daily incoming and outgoing work orders + Scan barcodes and manage inventory using provided technology + Investigate and resolve order discrepancies + Retrieve and file records (containers, files, and tapes), ensuring timely placement + Assist in loading and unloading company trucks and vans + Maintain, inspect, and operate forklifts and other equipment safely + Keep assigned workspaces clean and organized + Participate in safety and compliance training + Report safety concerns, accidents, and equipment issues promptly + Collaborate with team members and communicate regularly with supervisors + Perform other duties as assigned **Physical & Safety Requirements:** + Ability to lift and move boxes and materials + Forklift certification preferred (training may be provided) + Must wear steel or composite-toed shoes + PPE provided as required **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent required + 1-2 years experience in a warehouse, physical records environment, or service industry preferred + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures + Excellent communication and organizational skills **Employment Terms:** + Temp to hire position + No overtime or weekend work required + Start date: As soon as possible As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
