Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the ED, including triage assessments and prioritization of care based on acuity
- Administer medications, monitor patient responses, establish IV access, and manage ongoing therapeutic interventions
- Perform continuous patient surveillance, respond to rapid changes, and escalate urgent issues to the ED team
- Collaborate with physicians, techs, and support staff to deliver timely, safe, and efficient care
- Document assessments, interventions, and handoffs accurately in the electronic health record; ensure clear and concise communication with the care team

Requirements
- Active RN license to practice
- BSN required
- 2+ years of Emergency Department nursing experience
- Willingness to work all 3 shifts during the 8-week contract
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced ED environment and adapt to varying patient needs
