Civil Designer

Join our client a 100% employee-owned firm that has been driving client success and solving the world's toughest challenges since 1898! Seeking a skilled Civil Designer to join one of over 75 global office with 7-9+ years of experience along with expert proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD.

salary: $47 - 51 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: Bachelors

responsibilities:

Perform civil engineering design and site evaluations for diverse projects, including site layout, land development, roads, storm drainage, and utility systems.
Use advanced design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation) to prepare, revise, and refine comprehensive construction plans and specifications.
Analyze topographical and geologic data to plan layouts, incorporate design codes, and calculate excavation and grading volumes.
Review engineering drawings and schedules to ensure strict compliance with project scope, budget, deadlines, and quality standards.
Coordinate design and drawing production tasks with multidisciplinary project team members and organize all project-related files logically.
