Program Manager, Small Projects Program Overview We are seeking a candidate who shares our priorities and will be instrumental in influencing and creating new offerings for our clients, exploring new client prospects, and expanding the portfolio of program management for our account team. With your expertise and our robust JLL platform, you’ll leverage programmatic insights, best practices, and subject matter expertise to guide clients through their real estate journeys. In this role, you’ll drive efficiency, consistency, and cost savings across complex projects, serving as the key point of contact for JLL’s project delivery services while building strong, lasting client relationships through excellence in portfolio management. Responsibilities Leading relationships for multiple strategic alliance clients, assisting them in developing real estate strategy linked to their business objectives Collaborating with clients on national and global large-scale and/or highly complex project portfolios to define program-specific goals Developing, managing, and implementing standardized processes, playbooks, tools, and resources to support client relationships and cross-functional partnerships Overseeing and providing consistent consolidated schedule, budget, risk, and opportunity reporting Developing and overseeing management routines to manage portfolio performance and performance metrics Identifying and proactively managing risks and issues that could impact projects across the portfolio; ensuring solutions are successfully implemented Continuously identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance complex project delivery and team efficiency Managing and allocating workloads among team members while fostering a collaborative and mentoring culture Executing project team strategies, supporting P&L strategies, and managing business development targets including expanding client relationships and identifying cross-selling opportunities Desired Experience 10+ years of real estate, project management, or program management experience Stellar interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients Demonstrated ability to motivate multiple stakeholder groups to establish effective relationships Experience presenting in pitches and RFPs with proven winning track record Extensive, proven positive experience effectively supervising, training, mentoring, and evaluating several project managers at various levels Experience with multiple complex and/or large-scale projects and programs throughout the real estate lifecycle Experience working in multiple markets with the ability to navigate regional operational nuances Comprehensive knowledge of real estate development lifecycle, approval processes, and regulations Technical Skills Mastery of all phases of project management including program development, budgeting, planning and design, project milestone scheduling, services contracting, conflict resolution, project implementation, oversight, accounting practices, and project closure Expert at building relationships and earning trust Strong organizational skills and capacity to prioritize and elevate in a complex, fast-paced environment Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations Advanced computer skills, with an emphasis on Smartsheet and data analysis Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Requirements Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, business management, finance, or industry-based engineering specialization This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Preferred Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) Six Sigma certification Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) Compensation Estimated compensation for this position: 130,000 – 190,000 USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
