Sales Support Specialist

This is a full time position and the schedule will be Hybrid. The Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting our sales floor and client partnerships. This individual will collaborate closely with Account Executives, provide back-office support, assist with client and candidate needs, and help maintain seamless office operations. This is a highly visible, service-oriented role that requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency. Key Responsibilities Colleague & Sales Floor Support Partner daily with Account Executives to support day-to-day operations Troubleshoot candidate-related issues within internal systems (payroll, benefits, timesheets, etc.) Maintain working knowledge of all back-office systems to assist with general sales floor questions Generate and distribute reports as needed Serve as a collaborative team member, ensuring smooth workflow across departments Client & Candidate Support Partner with school districts nationwide to support open job placements Assist with account management and help resolve client concerns Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients Prepare and send contracts and related documentation Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients and candidates Office Coordination & Administration Support general administrative and office operations Coordinate building access and parking for new hires Assist with incoming/outgoing mail and package delivery Order and restock office supplies across departments Qualifications Previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred Highly organized with strong attention to detail Service-oriented mindset Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize Excellent written and verbal communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
