What You’ll Do Lead the Team & Keep the Energy High Deliver amazing guest experiences using our G.O.A.L. standard (Greet, Offer, Anticipate, Leave a Lasting Impression) Train and support new team members—set them up for success Work the floor—jump in as a greeter, cashier, or food presenter when needed Keep the dining room and service areas clean, stocked, and running smoothly Communicate and work closely with BOH & FOH teams to ensure top-notch service Keep the Operation Running Smoothly Follow cash handling procedures and assist with closing duties Understand and execute menu knowledge, allergens, and guest requests Brew teas, prep shakes, pour beer & wine (if 18+) Assist with opening & closing tasks as needed What You Bring to the Table 1+ year restaurant experience (high-volume a plus!)
