Atlantic Group is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Montgomery County, PA for our client. This role will support inside sales, business development, and customer relationship management. The Inside Sales Representative will respond to customer inquiries, generate new sales opportunities, prepare quotes, and manage customer relationships throughout the sales process to support revenue growth.

Responsibilities as the Inside Sales Representative:

• Inbound Sales: Respond to customer inquiries, qualify leads, identify customer needs, and guide prospective customers through the sales process.
• Outbound Sales: Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, outreach, and consistent customer follow-up.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers to support sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Sales Coordination: Prepare quotes, estimates, and proposals while coordinating pricing and order details.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales opportunities, and manage follow-up activities to support sales goals.
• Product Knowledge: Develop knowledge of products and services to provide appropriate recommendations and customer solutions.

Qualifications for the Inside Sales Representative:

• Education: High school diploma or GED is required, with additional education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience is required, with B2B or B2C sales experience preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of inside sales, customer relationship management, lead generation, and sales processes is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, email, and general office software is required.
• Sales Skills: Strong lead qualification, prospecting, customer follow-up, relationship-building, and ability to manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities are required.
• Order Processing: Experience preparing sales quotes, processing orders, and coordinating customer transactions is preferred.
• Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, self-motivation, adaptability, problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple sales opportunities independently are required.
