Senior Move Manager

Primary Purpose:The Move Manager supports the senior living marketing team with the resident move-in process by offering a variety of customized services that accelerates move in timelines. Promotes Masonic’s core values by demonstrating professional and ethical work practices while fostering excellent hospitality and customer service. Exceeds client expectations and satisfaction through advocacy with the client, staff, and vendors. Experience with interior design and project management is important.Qualifications/Skills Needed:College degree preferredSales experience or customer service experience is a plus.Interior design and project management experience is essential.Must be able to read and write EnglishAbility to speak English effectively to individuals, customers, or employees of the organizationMust have a desire to work with older adults and be able to establish a relationship of trust and confidenceMust be highly organized, self-motivated, mature, and patient.Requires valid Kentucky driver’s license and dependable transportation with willingness to travel within 50 miles of the campusMust be able to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions and policies.Must be able to calculate math figures and use tape measures.Must be proficient in basic personal computer skills in Microsoft Office and have willingness to learn various software programs.Understanding of hospitality, first impressions, and customer focus so as to provide exceptional service.Primary Duties (Essential Functions) include but are not limited to:Responsible for the daily move in process for Independent Living, Assisted Living and other lines of business. Goal is to have move in occur 90 days or less from the time of sale for Independent Living and 14 days or less for Assisted Living.Offers resident and their family support, guidance, and coordination of services through phone contact, home visits, and campus visits.Creates a move in plan to be executed by a variety of vendors and internal staff.Creates and maintains a network of preferred vendors who enhance the move in process such as senior move managers, movers, packers, decorators, estate sales, haulers, shippers, etc. Arranges for vendor services securing quotes and discussing pricing and approval by customer. Ensures all vendors are properly insured and that their insurance is on file with Masonic Corporate Office in accordance with Masonic Policies.Serves as liaison with the customer, family, Marketing staff, Masonic staff and community leaders updating on a need to know basis the move in plan, timelines, and expectations.Reviews client’s desired modifications to unit, secures quotes for work to be done, discusses pricing with clients, gains approval for all work, and executes the work through approved vendors.Works with community leadership to ensure vacated units are returned to community standardMakes sure Sales Staff does final walkthrough in apartment prior to settlement to ensure all work was completed as requested and that final cleaning has occurred.Utilizes specialized computer software to produce space planning.Assists with reports assigned.NOTE: This is not to be considered as an exhaustive statement of duties, responsibilities or requirements and does not limit the assignment of additional duties for this position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
