Team Lead

GO Car Wash is a leading car wash operator with locations across the United States. As a Team Lead, you will assist site managers with daily operations, ensuring inventory, equipment, site, service, and safety standards are met to deliver a consistent, convenient, and exceptional car wash experience for customers. You will also help hire, train, and coach teammates to perform their jobs and uphold our values, including setting an example by completing all required car wash activities. Responsibilities Support daily site operations and meet inventory, equipment, site, service, and safety standards. Hire, train, and coach teammates. Ensure consistent customer service and a great customer experience. Qualifications 6 months of relevant customer service or sales experience. Car wash experience preferred, though not required. Abilities Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth. Communicate clearly, engage, and lead others by example. Organize time, work, and team to complete many varying responsibilities. Compensation The typical hourly wage is $15.50, which includes a base pay of $13.50 plus an average of $2 per hour in commission from membership sales. Commissions are uncapped.
