Job Opportunity: Home Provider / Shared Living Provider
Our organization is looking for a dedicated Home Provider / Shared Living Provider in Pontiac, IL, to assist with residential construction and home maintenance tasks. This position involves working in the field, where you will visit clients' residences to perform essential carpentry, light repairs, and minor enhancements.
Key Responsibilities- Execute basic carpentry and light repair work according to detailed work orders.
- Conduct minor upgrades while adhering to established safety standards.
- Evaluate site conditions and ensure the protection of client property.
- Maintain clear communication regarding project timelines and expectations.
- Utilize hand and power tools to deliver high-quality workmanship.
- Document completed tasks accurately and coordinate with the office for materials and scheduling.
- Experience in carpentry and home maintenance is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and work orders diligently.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
This role is primarily field-based, requiring travel to various client locations. You will be expected to work in diverse residential environments, adapting to different site conditions.
