Mobile Crisis Peer Support Specialist

Sycamores partners with the 988 mental health crisis line to provide support through the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT). The Peer Support Specialist works with clinicians to deliver crisis stabilization, safety planning, and community resource linkage, including field responses using MCOT vehicles. The role emphasizes lived experience with recovery, housing insecurity, or system involvement to inform care for adults, youth, and families.
