What You'll Do

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and restaurant (hot-side) equipment, including RTUs, walk-in coolers/freezers, and split systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment performance and reliability.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend effective repair solutions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Ensure all work complies with company safety standards and industry regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while completing accurate service reports and documentation.

Position Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration
• EPA Certification
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with plumbing or construction is a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
