Technical Program Manager - AI Initiatives & Platform Modernization Location: Remote (U.S.) Contract: 6 Months (Possible Extension) Rate: $85-$90/hour Overview: A leading financial services organization is advancing its AI transformation strategy while completing a major multi‑year modernization program. The organization is transitioning from a large‑scale platform uplift into a business‑as‑usual phase, rolling out new features and closing out legacy systems. This is an exciting time to join as they integrate AI capabilities into core platforms and deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Drive delivery for AI initiatives, including building wrappers around Anthropic's cloud model and developing Google‑based applications. Oversee implementation of LLM‑powered chatbot front ends and mobile app integration as part of the 2025 roadmap. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure seamless integration of new features on modernized platforms. Manage cross‑functional teams and communicate progress through data storytelling and executive updates. Required Skills: Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in cloud/AI environments. Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure). Ability to manage complex programs during transformation and BAU phases.
