Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a leading financial institution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security‑related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 08:45 AM – 04:15 PM Tue: 08:45 AM – 04:15 PM Wed: 08:45 AM – 04:15 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel and/or first responders as needed. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, offices, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter points, to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access control points and verify credentials, deliveries, and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, while reporting suspicious behavior and/or unusual conditions. Support cash handling and other sensitive operational areas by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, and communicating clearly with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements A concealed carry weapons permit is required. At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry‑specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
