Providence Eureka Renfrew Urology Clinic is seeking an Allied / Tech - DIETICIAN. The job is a travel position with a start date of 08/10/2026 and an end date of 11/09/2026. The shift is from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM, with five shifts per week and a scheduled work hour of 40. The job description includes working Sunday to Thursday, 8 hours per day for 5 days a week (8:00 to 4:30). The position requires a CA state license and does not accept pending licenses. The job also requires the traveler to be willing to work on 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. The candidate must have a valid CA license, local radius of 50 mile radius rule applies, and accepted at lower BR. References required: 2 references covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years during the compliance process and prior to start. Candidates will float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals. If required for the assignment, the client agrees to supply communication devices (i.e. cell phone, pager, etc.) needed to perform the duties as assigned at no cost to the provider or agency. Housing options in the area may be limited.
