Serco is preparing to support the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Comprehensive Error Rate Testing (CERT) contract and is seeking incumbent talent with direct program knowledge and experience. The CERT program plays a vital role in safeguarding the integrity of the Medicare Fee-for-Service (FFS) program by ensuring that taxpayer-funded healthcare payments are accurate, appropriate, and compliant with federal requirements. Supporting CMS's obligations under the Payment Integrity Information Act (PIIA), the program uses statistically valid sampling and independent medical review of claims to identify improper payments and measure program performance.

This Incumbent Capture Requisition is intended for current contract personnel who are interested in continuing their work in support of the program.

Expertise needed in the following disciplines:

• Call Center Supervisors
• Customer Service Training Coordinator/Technician Leads
• Customer Service Representatives (CSR)
• Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (CSR)
• Medical Record Clerks
• Medical Records Provider Enrollment / First Touch Specialist
• Medical Records Supervisors
• Quality Assurance Clerk/Technicians

We are hiring the above disciplines in the following locations:

• Remote in Virginia
• Onsite in Richmond, Virginia

Minimum qualifications:

• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain CMS Public Trust.
• Must be a United States Citizen
• High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• 6 months of experience at a minimum working with medical claims.
