Enthusiastic sales professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as an Inside Sales Associate, engaging with customers to understand their travel insurance needs, providing solutions, and closing sales while working flexible shifts. Key responsibilities Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy Identify customer needs and provide optimal product solutions to meet those needs Educate potential clients on insurance options, provide quotes, and close sales Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Six to twelve months of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in sales Superb customer service skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction Must reside in Virginia, Florida, Maryland, Georgia, or Texas Eligibility to obtain a license for selling travel insurance across all 50 states
